- CUSTOM DESIGNS & CUSTOMER ARTWORK
Customers submitting logos, artwork, trademarks, designs, photographs, or other materials represent and warrant that:

• They have obtained all required permissions and licenses.
The customer assumes full responsibility for intellectual property claims arising from submitted content.
Embrovia Crafts is not liable for trademark, copyright, or intellectual property violations resulting from customer-provided artwork.
- ARTWORK APPROVAL
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all digital proofs, mockups, and artwork prior to production.
Once approval is provided:
• Production may begin immediately.
• Additional changes may incur fees.
• Errors approved by the customer may not qualify for refunds or replacements.
- ORDER PROCESSING
Production timelines begin after:
• Payment is received
• Artwork is approved
• Required information is provided
Estimated production times are not guarantees.
Unexpected delays may occur due to:
• Supply chain issues
• Equipment failures
• Shipping carrier delays
• Weather events
• Customs inspections
• Force majeure events
- SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping dates are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
